This Phatfour FLS is new! During the final inspection it was decided not to deliver this Phatfour as 'new'. The coating is not optimal and it is not completely covered on the top tube. The Frames are coated in 3 layers. So this does not affect the quality of the frame and is only an aesthetic point.
