What to do in case of theft?

Report

In the Findmyvehicle app, report your bike as stolen and go through the steps. 
Once you have reported the theft, G4S' hunting team will go to work for you.

Police report

Report it to the police immediately and keep the police report.

Melden bij dealer

Meld de diefstal bij je dealer. Overhandig hierbij de volgende zaken aan je dealer:

- Beide (originele) sleutels van alle sloten.
- Aankoopfactuur
- Proces-verbaal

Completion

Hopelijk wordt je fiets opgespoord door het team van G4S. In dat geval wordt de fiets bij jouw thuis afgeleverd. Heeft je fiets schade opgelopen door de diefstal? Doorloop dan het stappenplan voor partiële schade hieronder.

Wordt je Phatfour niet teruggevonden? Dan kan je via je dealer een nieuwe fiets krijgen.
