Of course, a bicycle is not just a purchase. And a Phatfour e-bike is not just any bicycle. That is why we ensure that your order arrives at your door as quickly and safely as possible and we give a 1-year warranty anywhere in the world. Doubts about the format? No problem. You can try your new e-bike for two weeks and exchange it for a larger or smaller one free of charge. That way you are guaranteed a cycling experience that honors our name.
Where do we send our Phatfour e-bikes and how much does it cost?
The shipping costs depend per country. Within the Netherlands we deliver a free of charge. Outside the Netherlands, we recommend deploying one of our partners. You can find the overview here.
Unfortunately, we currently do not ship orders directly abroad via our website. Do you still want to go abroad with your Phatfour e-bike? Please contact us. We are happy to come up with a solution for you!
How long does it take for my Phatfour e-bike to arrive at my door?
We work with various logistics partners and depending on the destination, it takes on average between 2 and 10 working days for your order to arrive. When we receive your order, instructions are immediately sent to our warehouse from where we ship your PHATFOUR e-bike. As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us with a tracking code with which you can track your order until it has been delivered.
How will my Phatfour e-bike be delivered?
All our e-bikes are carefully inspected before shipment and almost completely assembled in our factory. After your PHATFOUR e-bike has been delivered, all you have to do is secure the pedals and handlebars. If your bicycle has a front rack or other accessory, you will also have to install it. What if I want to return my Phatfour e-bike?
We will give you 14 days to return your bike for free if you are dissatisfied. We are not too difficult about that. Please take two weeks to try out your bike properly and let us know if you are dissatisfied with anything via email@example.com. When in doubt, it is always useful to keep the box well. You can reuse them well and that saves a bit for the environment. With the free return label you can return your bike and choose a time for the courier to pick it up.
What does a return cost?
Returns are completely free with us if you decide not to keep your bike within 14 days. Make sure to keep the original packaging, which is easier for return and better for the environment. * Our customer service team will send you a return label that allows you to return your order to us for free. For this you make an appointment with the courier who will pick it up from you. About 14 days after we have received your return shipment, the money will be refunded to your account.
* If necessary, we charge € 48.00 for a new box including shipping of the box.
